Yeah, most of the band is above average. Can't really hear the bass well enough to make a judgment on it.

The bass is pretty standard fare, which is a bit of a downfall on the record as a whole. He does some nice filling I guess though, and a few slides which I love, a lot.

I think bands don't use bass enough. It's such a underrated instrument, played it for a little over 8 years and it was actually kinda fun, just playing it alone kinda blew ass.

I've been listening to Faith No More lately, and boy does the bass stand out there; in a good way. He Is Legend has a fantastic bassist too.

can't believe we haven't done this one yet..

Broo

Honestly I could never get into Faith no more.. I've never really been into ...how should I put this..older bands. I'm 22 and I can't stand the latter of my generations jams. Go figure. HIL is fucking intense as hell, SOTP is...China white II, best, Song...Omg. Listening.

Have you ever heard The Arusha Accord? their bassist is fucking beast, August burns red has a pretty stand-out bassist. Even though he is talented he's never really top of the list production wise, because he provides some damn fine melody
