You're damn diddily correctomundo on that. I'm not huge into death metal and I goshdarn hated this album at first. I think I'll come around to it in a few years...every time I spin it I slowly discover something I like about it. But this is certainly a top tier dm album only meant for hardened dm veterans. Casually dm su's like mysulf may not like it.
