Top 4 for me. Tsib, astns and gttr are better. Both tsib and astns are in my top 10 albums all time probs

TSiB is one of those lightning in a bottle records and will always be their best in my opinion.

This is maybe 4th (I used to have it higher). Times of Grace would be around the same level. Then Gttr (so 6th).

I’m only relatively unimpressed with their latest two tho. Everything else is at least pretty good

Out of all their records, this and Given to the Rising are the ones I return to most.

I used to be bored to tears by this album when I was younger

But now I'm an old man and it's one of my favorites in their discog (Through Silver In Blood and Times of Grace are still better by a hair though imo)

This is probably 4th best neurosis for me if im being entirely honest

The flow of the album is great and I can see you is a strong candidate for my favorite song of all time but gttr is just banger after banger that never lets up and tsib and astns also have strong candidates for favorite song oat on them lol

Truly goated band, but fuck that one guy whose name we don't mention

Yeah, when you lose people it makes you resonate with different music.

I didn't get into Agalloch at all until my sister passed away in 2008, then all of the sudden ALL of their albums became my go to grieving music for like 2-3 years straight.

this has been my favorite ever since I started listening to them. It’s beautiful, raw (even with the immaculate production), contemplative, depressing, but ultimately it makes me feel so much, which is more than I can say for the majority of music.

I want this played at my funeral.

I like pretty much everything this band has ever done, but this is the album I love. It’s beyond perfect. Top 10 record oat for me.

ford I gotta say you’re one of my favorite users. I’m a little drunk, forgive me, but that vraylar convo made me feel so much better about things. Much love to you friend, seriously it means a lot❤️
