eh the bridge of Motion with Spencer singing is killer and I love the drums

the swapped vocals in the chorus of Moment are cool, but Aaron's bridge with the "I can't believe how it feels to stand here in this room" is the worst moment on this record, trash lyrics and trash melody

The whole song is great, but everything after the bridge is pure bliss.

I do love the "this is the end" outro with those drums

it's not like I dislike the song (I mean look at my rating) it's just that I like everything else more. it's all about the run from 6-11 for me lol

yeah man! about a year back I caught one of the TOCS/DTGL shows, one of the best experiences I've had at a concert. Returning Empty Handed was insane

Tell me about it bruh those drums and those chords just go perfectly with the lil synth in the background.

@Steak it's an absolute slapper, best song to air drum to

@schoonda he's definitely one of the best vocalists I've seen live (though the first time I caught Underoath just before they broke up they kinda sucked, guess that makes sense in context)

That would have been Soundwave 2012ish yeah? I can see why he wouldn't have been as solid then

@schoon wasn't at Soundwave but probably around then. saw them open for A Day to Remember (there's a problem right there lmao) and the whole band was super low energy and unengaged, terrible sound mixing too. ADTR bodied them that night is the plain truth, but holy fuck the second concert made up for all that

yeah definitely would have been a sidewave, tbf i'd be pretty shitty too if I was in a band as important as underoath to end up supporting ADTR.

Always heard "this needy, useless, forgetting one" as "this needy, useless gaywad" until I finally looked up the lyrics one day.
