@80timesthe80 bit of both tbh - I find it very easy to believe that their other albums are in a similar league, but I'm also v much not looking for second helpings at this point. Gonna chew this over a while longer and see where it takes me

I guess it will get my bump to 5 soon, as everything about it is so freakin' dope... the merge of old Ulcerate with the melodies and atmosphere, the vocals, the sound, the lyrics and this uber awesome vinyl package...



The only thing keeping me from 5ing it right away is that it somehow feels a bit samey. I mean after knowing the 2 singles, the whole album felt very familiar form the first listen onwards, as if those 2 tracks already had all that the album is in them...

Anyway, will 5 this, just too freakn' good!!

I feel like hes kinda right though. You can say its their most consistent and cohesive album but this is kinda the most similar the individual songs have ever been on an Ulcerate record. Not that its bad though

theres a distinctive difference between ridin' a certain style and 'samey'. i dont think its the latter here althou i understand were u guys are comin from

yeah destroyers is more about crafting an atmospheric soundscape than the rest
and i don't have a heart therefore it's my least favorite
