BoC's music is awfully regional. Almost sounds like Southampton F.C.'s anthem. Just because there's hippie culture behind their fanbase doesn't mean much to me, an objectivist.

I can see why, for you, Barry, Southampton might be the whole universe. But this Universe aesthetic I'm talking about has to be made of slow non-British arpeggiated synths, almost as if a symphony of meteor showers hits your eye and never your ears. Source: myself, I stare at the night sky a lot, with the naked eye and no astigmatism.
