That and Pompeji are the two that still really aren't clicking for me. The melodies on the latter just don't sound right coming out of Chino's throat

It's not the best Deftones album to date, that's for damn sure haha. But it's solid nonetheless. Best tracks were the ones with those cool Blade Runner/Twin Peaks-ish synths.

It's surely no less than a 4. Only time will tell how this will end up on my discography ranking. What I like the most is how riff and drum centric this is. Probably more than ever before.
