yeah but if you've been listening to hip hop since the 90s its pretty hard to get into shit that is
supposed to be in the same genre but is mostly-almost exclusively about the beats.

plus you don't have to sacrifice lyrics for production like Killer Mike and El-P showed... or Del
they just do cuz its easier, faster and makes the same or more money for less effort.

for me the beats on this are kinda boring compared to the beats on section.80. lyrically/flow wise they're about the same(i'd even give section.80 the edge because of songs like "rigamortis", "poe man's dream", and "keisha's song"). Plus section.80 hasn't fallen off at all for me, where this album got old after like a month
