"DM gateway" no, I don't think so. It's not easily accessible. When I first listened to it as a teen I didn't like it. I only appreciated it later on, after I had listened to CC and the likes.

same. besides maybe an opeth album or two, this was probably the first dm album I "loved". totally got me into the genre.

This one's definitely awesome but personally I didn't like it at first. Everyone has their own gateway I guess, this took a couple of listens to unfold. But now I keep coming back to it. Once again, Perennial Quest is the best song on here I say. The solo is insane.
