I thought things like that are immediate, obvious from the start. I mean, I've changed my opinions on a lot of albums over some period of time, but riffs were never the problem. Either you love the riff the first time you hear it, or you never do, especially when they are as "simple" as here. But yea, this album is a riff heaven m/

Idk, this one never struck me as much as RTL or AJFA

I need to jam AFJA again, never been a fan of that one.

ah that sucks man this has been one of my fav albums since I was about 10 years old!
heard it a thousand times and it never seems to get old

Well it took me a long time to get into Metallica to begin with, however I don't jam this one very often, and every time I do, it's usually better than I remember, but idk I actually really didn't like this the first time I listened to it, and that feeling has always kinda stuck around

They played so fast on this, this album had tremendous impact on metal.
