Probably Scrambles. It's their most accessible release. Goodbye Cool World is really fun to start with though 'cause it throws you straight into the spastic quirkiness.

idk goodbye cool world is probably their weirdest release, it's awesome but I don't think it's a very good starting point just cause all the weird experimentation could throw some people off
