"Can anyone explain what the title is about?"
honestly i think it's just an in-joke. i think they just thought it sounded kinda funny.
also yeah i agree that's what the vocals sound like - but we don't agree on it being lame, as should be obvious.
it's the audio equivalent to the shivering isles in oblivion - see it through that lens and it'll suddenly make a lot more sense to you.

Far from lame really. Also, the british accent gives them a certain charm.

I may try again with a fresh perspective and see if they land

I'll be shocked if Sowing likes this. And I don't mean like... enjoy it. He has an open perspective. I just don't think he will love it

"Can anyone explain what the title is about?"
I was telling my brother about this one and he said it sounds like something out of System Shock.
also, if people are weirded out by this one, you can always check Beware the Sword You Cannot See. still extravagant n avant garde but a bit more accessible, at least in comparison to this

so the title is abstract, but
an interface in programming is an abstraction that makes guarantees about what said interface can and cannot do, and it tells you the programmer that if you have an object that 'implements' said interface, you know said object can do whatever said interface can do
so corpse pile interface i think is a bit of a winky nod at how many capitalist systems have a result that is poverty and death and abandonment
a stack is sort of like a set number of instructions that a computer or program can be instructed to do, in order, at a time, and they have a boundary. a stack overflow is when a program tells a computer to keep track of more instructions than it is capable of doing
so put together i think it's meant to convey a feeling of dread about how much is going wrong with the world and how there are simply too many systems that seem to exist to do nothing but use the disadvantaged like fodder, and so how many more can there be before collapse?
