yea but i wasnt out of the gate calling it a modern classic and also im not sure i agree with that take since i think false meridian and emberglow are more interesting displays of songwriting than anything here and dont really sound like anything else their peers have done. they arent operating in the same lane of core so its pointless to compare but i would infinitely take invents approach over the same quarter note chugging patterns on every single song here
