yeah man that song's been on very high rotation lately gettin me through a breakup

even on the recent live performances there's so much emotion in it like watchin stevie and lindsey play it together they still look so in love haha

I live in Denmark (Copenhagen), but they're coming to the direct opposite of the country, about 3-4 hour drive (and I don't have a car). Tickets are a little more than 100 US Dollars I think. So looking at it now, I probably shouldn't complain, lol

Yeah, I hate seated shows. General Admission on the floor is much better, Gets you much more into the atmosphere!

haha that's a bit of a trip but it would probably be fun, this will likely be one of their last world tours they're all like 65 years old

us dollars vs aus dollars are about equal exchange rate but from what i've been told wages in general are a lot lower there? like i work a minimum wage job and get $21 per hour so idk $150 for fleetwood mac is no big deal

Wow, that's pretty good. I earn 125 kroner an hour (which is about 20 dollars as well - before taxes, which is about 46-48% here), but it's not minimum wage

that's pretty decent man

yeah it's cos i'm casual/part time (i only work two days a week cos i'm still studying) full time wage for the same job would be lower but w/e

i still gotta jam more fleetwood mac albums only got this and the s/t where should i go from here??

I only own this, tusk and a collection. Their debut is great, but I ahven't listened enough to rate it. But Tusk rules pretty well!

Then Play On would probably be the best starting point if you're interested in getting into the original Fleetwood Mac.

"Then Play On >"

Ha! No, JT. No. TPO is very good, granted, but rumours is a legit contender for greatest album of all time.

Needless to say, I strongly disagree. ;)

I know you love Green, and with good reason, but do you really think Then Play On is better than Rumours. I mean, not just from a subjective "favourite albums" but from an objective point of view. As in, better music, vocals, lyrics, consistency etc.

I'd say, for me, Then Play On is better in all of those categories except consistency (I'm really not too fond of When You Say). I think Green's vocals and lyrics are incredibly moving at times, more so than the vox/lyrics on here, however good they may be.

I know I'm not the only one who thinks TPO is their best, although it does seem like I'm the only one on this site that does.

Maybe I need to give it another chance. You should check out Buckingham Nicks. It's a little rawer and showcases Buckingham's guitar playing abilities better than Rumours.
