They seem to be roughly on the same level to me, although Woe's two closing tracks make it a definite favorite.

The first two albums are a lot of show for little payoff imo. New one actually has tons of fantastic riffs to go along with the over-the-top nature of the synths. Thats something that they were missing to me.
