Omega Severer is a damn journey

Album is insanely good

Yeah this was good at first contact, but now it's getting better as a grower. No idea how to rate it yet though. Like any good long lasting record, this one reveals more and more of itself the more you listen. I hear fun new stuff in the mixing every time.

i rated this higher than AVL so i'm compelled to agree

tbh I rate the best bits of AVL over this, but that album bit off way more than it could chew and kinda embarrassed itself when it went into ambient territory. the interludes here are almost a similar story, but for the most part these guys stick to what they do best (and ain't it a cute bread n butter story)

Yeah I like this a lot more than the last record, and I love the cleans. Funny how differently this hits us. Depends on the context for listening I suppose.

The cleans are really not that memorable and I am usually one who loves the addition of clean vox. Musically, this thing is tremendous though.
