This brings back some memories indeed!!! And, like menawati says, there is not one weak song on this album! My personal favs are Killers, the excellent and often overlooked Purgatory, Wrathchild, Murders in the Rue Morgue and Genghis Khan. This album falls just a bit short of the first one..... but just a wee (teeny tiny) bit! As far as the drumming argument is concerned, say what you will, but McBrain is better technically than Burr.... although Burr's drumming on this and the first CD is quite enjoyable. Also, Dickinson has a much better voice than Di'Anno but D's voice rules quite nicely on the first two CDs and fits the music well. I wish we could have heard more from this version of Maiden, but what was to come (at least the next five releases) were pretty good too.... to say the LEAST...LOL!!!!! Maiden rule!!!
