'Tied to You' is the best song here, which almost makes the rest of the album feel a tiny bit deflated since it comes first and all. But still, this is such a great, easy listen. Top 5 of the year so far, I think.

Already a classic in my book, When I think this is a debut and that they recorded it themselves in a studio also built by themselves... damn... that's some real talent.

okay, first of all: sweet review, but why can't I pos it?
second of all: did you order a physical copy of this? I want to order but 35$ only for shipping is insane.
third of all: after a disgusting hot day, I lied on my bed an listened to this stuff because Johnnyofthewell recommended it to me. I only have little light on and got my window open, cuz there was thunderstorm outside and I was desperate for some cool air. So I laid down and chilled to the music while watching the lightnings and hearing some rain fall.

Re point 1: I believe if someone is a contributor/staff/emeritus, you cannot pos or neg the review.

He and I both own it. I didn't pay much for shipping at all. Think my total was less than $25.

oh and btw: if you like this, be sure to check out Darren Korb's soundtracks, especially the songs with singer Ashley Barrett. This stuff reminds me a lot of Transistor

@EclipseInYourEyes Darren Korb's music is awesome (as are the games), but lately I've been mostly into Ben Prunty's (instrumental) OST for Into the Breach.

Tx Eclipse, shipping was not too bad cause I live in Japan.
And hell, I do love Darren's OSTs, specially Transistor.

I finally found a way. Normally I try to avoid amazon, but hell sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
yo, why the hell did I play through Into The Breach without music?! need to play that shit again with music on 100%
Oh and if you like video game soundtracks, be sure to check out black screen records. A small indie label based in Cologne who teams up with video game musicians and presses the soundtracks on vinyl.

Well, at least you have experience with the game, which I think is crucial to fully appreciate the OST in this case. Going in blind, it could easily be deemed boring or be accused of lacking in variety.
I'm only into a particular type of ambient/background/soundtrack music, but will definitely check out BS Records, thanks.
