On the trajectory they were on, a third album would've made them hit it big. They were so close to being huge.

Idk about that but they certainly supported some of the biggest metal bands live

Idk Mars...I def like this, don t know the novel, but this post turn makes me feel its cause of setting them appart. I mean you can tell an identity crisis and prob it was a matter of "go or break" situation. If this didn't happened literaly, I can feel it metaphorically through the sound!

Please don't take mu shit too seriously if you know actually what went on XD

In other words - first album bois having tons of fun; sophomore "ok let s take this shit seriously" couldn't handle

I don't think there was much of a story/drama. I meant "they were gonna be huge" as in, they had rapidly accrued a following and played some good shows, and a third release cycle could have made them even more well-known.

We still got Palm Reader, Svalbard and Rolo Tomassi. But I'll definitely miss these guys.

Unfortunately they don't do the trick for me. This has so much i love about Rock and Metal in one band

Statues is still almost a 5 for me. The funny thing is that I listen to it more often than some of my fives but the album loses steam after the 8th or so song

Those first few tracks go hard. "Say You Will" still gets to me like I first heard it.
