"who told him to sing? lol! otherwise no problem."

He's been trying to sing since the eminem show, unfortunately

Occasionally it’s at least tolerable, but then you get performances like Steonger Than I Was off MMLP2... -shudders-

I don’t understand what the behavior of other rappers has to do with eminem being excused for the fucked up shit he’s always saying. And if Marilyn Manson started showing up all over the news as having a great album, do you honestly believe no one would start calling his ass out too? When artists exist in their niche they are much much easier to avoid on a regular basis, than when they are in public spotlight.

Like the whole schtick of “to like rap you have to like rappers with trash morals, no exceptions” is so wrong and dumb. There are plenty of rappers with good morals out there, look harder.

It doesn't excuse him, but if you are mad about that and you let other things like that pass, I don't need to explain to you why it is a double standard

Obviously, but I think less people do that than you would assume.

At least of the people trashing Em.

No Manson would probably get praised since most people hate Christians these days

I seriously doubt that

Like I’ll bet in other rap threads when people call out the artist for having trash morals ppl would say “how can you call this out and not call out eminem for his shit, double standard”. If you compare it to other shit, there’s always gonna be someone worse. Who cares. Case by case basis and right now the subject under fire is eminem and eminem only.

Lol @nolerthebowler still in this thread. Don't you have other things to do in life than be triggered and flame an artist non-stop as if anyone here gives two sh*ts about your fee-fees? You think Eminem's a POS? Good for you. But no one should be subject to having you type it out 100 times in one day.

As for the ACTUAL subject at hand, great review, OP. I much prefer reviews that paint a picture and look at things as a whole than overly technical, analytical, and/or (God forbid) track-by-track reviews.

Revival didn't go viral was a parody of Humble, and the Gucci Gang parody is exactly a 5 seconds long flow parody, literally nothing wrong with both of these things.

I am very aware of both of those facts, just poking fun at some facepalm lines
