I think there is a logical connection one could make with those lines, tbh. He can't take the pressure, he's so "over it" and just wants to get away.
And yeah, BMTH does do this better, but tbh there's that personal connection I have with a lot of this album that brings it above That's the Spirit for me.

Fourth best for me. It's pretty solid for what it is though, and I'd happily take it over the recycled generic rock sound of bands like Breaking Benjamin or Three Days Grace any day
