well the defense seems to be that Nas is not actually anti-vax, he's just using the vaccination as imagery for the first time a child goes thru pain or whatever. Which is like sure, whatever, but if you believe Nas is actually pro-vax (which seems unlikely cos iirc he's actually completely against medicine as a concept) then the most charitable interpretation is still that he chose an incredibly poor example for why a kid might be going through pain... I mean he could have chosen a pet dying, friends moving away etc but instead goes for side effects of vaccination? The main side effect of vaccination tends to be the kid not dying of smallpox ffs
