Ire Works is a personal favorite, Dissociation isn’t far behind. One of Us is the Killer is a little more accessible than the rest of their material but still really good shit. Prancer and When I Lost My Bet might be the best one two punch in their entire discog.

Funny enough, production/mix is what messes me up the most during a headache, rather than the music itself. I once tried to listen to Human by Death during a hangover, but (as much as I love that album) those buzzsaw guitars were absolute torture in that situation. I would genuinely rather listen to this during a headache than a Scott Burns production lol
