Oh yeah I guess Shortest Straw is too long if I'm nitpicking. I like how long the title track on Justice is because it keeps my interest, but after the same chorus of Shortest Straw over and over again it gets a little tiring.

Agreed hard. I actually like The Black Album a bit more just solely by production values alone (plus some goddamn catchy tunes).
