the hoppus song wouldve been fine if bert wasn't so unaware of his fucking vocal range but the chorus is like piercingly awful



only albums id put under it are imaginary enemy and vulnerable, and repeated listens are having it grow off me but its got enough good ideas that i think a decent album can be playlisted out of it. this and ilad are definitely better tho

it's better than Vulnerable, and I actually like that album a fair bit - the new one reminds me of that with a bit more diversity and interesting instrumentation (some dope strings). not better than ILAD, but immediately better than Lies for the Liars, and I assume Imaginary Enemy which I've never listened to

Lies for the Liars is amazing for being the most unapologetic singles-only album ive ever heard from a rock band maybe ever idk

Paralyzed is at least catchy, I guess, whereas Wake the Dead and Smother Me are some of the worst songs released by anybody ever

Wake the Dead possibly the only zombie song released by a hot topic band that has the power to make A Little Piece of Heaven seem like a compellingly structured work of operatic beauty
