Hopefully get to talk to Dani too, guy seems interesting from the interviews I've viewed.

Literally just watched a few interviews with him, would fucking love to meet him.

Seriously though as soon as they come back to the states I'm seeing them, it's on my bucket list. Been my fav band for so long I feel like I need to see them at least once in my life.

Seriously, that damn solo in Wester Vespertine still blows my mind.

The way the guitarist work his way down the fretboard and holds that pinch omggggggggggg, amazing moment.

The solos on this album are like if Steve Vai played in a black metal band.

Underrated song by these guys: Honey and Sulphur. Dani's vocals on that song are crazy. It sounds so wicked. Apparently it's about Gilles De Rais after Joan of Arc's death when he went mental and raped children and murdered.

The video is weird, creepy, and awesome. It's from 2008 but seems like a forgotten song. Thought I'd mention it. I really like it.

Officially my second fav Cradle album after Dusk now. The guitar work on here is fucking mezmorizing.

Two of the bands best songs, IMO (Dani Filth actually agrees with one of my picks)

''Funeral in Carpathia'' from Dusk..

and

''Cruelty Brought Thee Orchids'' from Cruelty and the Beast.

The parts in Cruelty Brought Thee Orchids were Filth goes ''And to her dead reflection twas as if her pallor gleamed'' is one of the catchiest and most intense and emotional parts of any CoF song.

It's a shame that the Cruelty and the Beast album had such shit production. I've heard that Dani Filth actually wept after hearing the final mix of the album as it ruined some of the song's nuance and muddied up the songs.
