Won't be able to see them in DC Friday either (sold out), which sucks cause I have hard time seeing these guys touring as a full unit again just because of how big the lineup is

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsjosKnnhcY seems so lit

or ian

honestly i dont remember his name, we only talked a few times and he wasn't at our school for more than a single semester i don't think. Wikipedia says he's from Corpus Christi which is a few hours from where I live but idk. had no idea he was that serious about music

just listened to follow for the first time and I think it's the first time since MILK that I understood what Merlyn was talking about.

So after having listened to this quite a bit over the last couple of days i can safely say it's a pretty great album. The highlights are pretty damn good and almost even give the record 4 potential for me, but there's a handful of cuts i'm not too crazy about, as of yet at least (Tokyo, Gamba, Fight besides Ameer's verse, etc.) The beats and hooks are sick pretty much throughout regardless. I find the little interludes bar Teeth a bit annoying actually, because they kind of disrupt the flow of the album imo. Ameer and Don are my favorites, whereas Merlyn is questionable at best on half the tracks he appears on lol. Nothing tops Kevin's verse on Gummy tho.

note: i listen to little hip hop so take my opinion with a grain of salt probably haha.

Sorry man haha, the trio of Scene-Tokyo-Jesus seems to me like the first noticeable dip in quality here. I do love the intro to Tokyo tho, funky af lol.
