Their 3rd-5th records don't deserve the shitty ratings they got. By now I like each of them more than than the first 2 personally.

Has some of their best songs: Given Up, Leave out all the rest, The Little Things..., What I’ve Done etc.

Also, In Pieces might be their single most underrated/overlooked song.

I think all of their albums (even OML) deserve higher ratings than they have.

In Pieces in amazing tbh. Always loved that track. Apart from a few songs Linkin Park always leave me very underwhelmed though

Yea, Linkin Park kind of get more hate and also more success than they deserve imo.

Most of their albums carry a lot of nostalgic value for me — especially their first three.

Maybe that's why I don't see as much value in their work as others do. I never was a LP fan when I was younger. But I am still nostalgic towards other stuff

It’s certainly a factor for sure.

The issue with this album is that it's way too all over the place, and too much of it's just average at best.

I don't have a problem with albums being all over the place. That's what I love about some albums tbh haha. But yea, some tracks here are just mediocre imo

The only real problem with this album is the mix of styles but the tracks themselves are superb

How in the ever living fuck do this and ATS only have 2.7 averages? Laughably ridiculous. The funny thing is Living Things is rated higher, and it’s their second worst album (still a 3.5 tho).

I still don’t understand why people love to hate on LP. Chester bleeds raw emotion and passion in every song — Mike is a great song architect — I dunno. I don’t really understand the backlash I guess.

I'm honestly so sad that this record has Bleed It Out and Given Up... Such awkward songs that don't serve a purpose on this record at all. Both should've been heavier, with this quasi-rock instrumentation they totally lose their energy. The ballads and rock (without the agression) on this are awesome

Still mediocre poop.

Shadow of the day is one of the worst songs this band has ever produced.

Nah, this is great but I'd switch In Between and Valentine's Day for No Roads Left and Across The Line from the Deluxe Edition. I think the first half is perfect as it is and the last two songs are top tier Linkin Park.
