Yeah, been on the fence between 3.5 and 4, although my only Korn 4 right now is the s/t. I like how consistent this one is since that's been one of their main problems for almost all albums.

Korn stole my old scrapped band name. I was gonna call my uni band Serenity of Suffering back in like 2013 when I was approaching my mental breakdown and it sounded like a good idea at the time but then we scrapped it and decided on something else. They still somehow found it and stole it.

I can hardly believe it, but there's quite a bit of nuance and subtlety in the instrumentation here.

Never in my life did I imagine I would see a Korn album stand over a 4 as its rating. Goddamn.

"for all the people ripping on Davis all the time for being angsty and whiny, that is the passion and power behind this band's whole existence. That is KORN!! It's a therapeutic serenading that listeners can relate to on huge levels. The emotion, stress, and anger in his vocal versatility is some of the best in the music world. SO what if he's 46. The dude can do it better than anyone. What exactly should he "branch out" on as far as lyrical content. People want to relate and feel and he evokes those emotions brilliantly in cathartic chaos. "

lord have mercy.

If only the album art wasn't edgelord... or at least didn't have the kid on it

The kid motif has always been a Korn thing. I think it would've worked better if his hoodie wasn't that ridiculous shade of blue lol

Glad I bought this, brings back good memories of easier days... I jammed Untouchables daily freshman year

Album artwork is pretty edgelord, agreed. I jammed Follow the Leader back in middle school during my "no one understands me but Korn and Slipknot" phase of life

Yeah, me too. Different World and Take Me were ok but nothing more though. Album might really live from Untouchables nostalgia.
