Damn, I haven’t really been able to get into this. It all sounds decent, but I can’t remember what any of the songs sound like an hour later (on my fifth or sixth listen). It all just kindof bleeds together for me. I’ve liked all the other FR albums, though I did think PV was only a 3.5. Their first two albums are amazing though.



400 Bones and Die Like a Rich Boy are the highlights, but they wouldn’t even crack my top 10 FR songs.

This is seriously underrated album. This was Scott Hutchinson’s last LP with FR and listening now you can really hear the despair in his lyrics. It is a much more impactful album post mortem...unfortunately.

i know references to depression and suicide are all over his work, but Bird Is Bored of Flying's lyrics are especially almost too much now, considering how close that album was released to his death.

This is Frightened Rabbit's second best to MOF. I remember how hard it hit me the year it was released and it's only gotten better with age.
