like they have a lot of happy songs/moments but theres a lot more going on in them emotionally, especially with feels and merriweather

Everything but Hocus Pocus and Natural Selection has replay value. I just wish those songs could have been swapped for something different, maybe without the relentless call-and-response vocal acrobatics. Clever, impressive, but you really need to be in the mood for them.
Also, why does that early Pink Floyd segment in The Burglars only happen once?

Sorry, guys. I think I like this. I'm not understanding the complaints for the most part. This is unmistakably Animal Collective and I don't know what the users with negative feedback were expecting. This is better than Centipede and everything before Sung Tongs as far as I'm concerned; full disclosure, I've only heard this twice. So, what's with all the severely wavering disappointment?
