Can someone tell me why this is getting so much hate here? I'm new to the band (I spend 99% of my time with my head up the ass of indie-rock and folk), and I think all the songs sound pretty memorable albeit basic. I'd say it's in the 3 range for me atm. Am I just a newb or what's going on here?

@Sowing It's not really all that terrible; just painfully boring and generic. Haven't listened to it enough, but it's probably 2-2.5 for me.

if I'm going to be completely honest I like the poppier tracks on here way more than the radio rock rehashes. Tracks like Happy Song and True Friends are been there done that rehash that just plain out suck, but songs like Doomed and Follow You are actually pretty good for what they are.
