ALA this was all the rage back in 2015 (on a side note, can't believe this came out almost two years ago). There was some backlash here but I personally don't get it. The critics adored the shit out of this.

She could maybe have a folk tag ton since A Sea of Split Peas has some folk rock elements.

If Sput had this as a genre I'd say noise pop is an element of some of her stuff too.
