As for those releases, you have to keep in mind that those bands are all way, way bigger than
Obliteration. There is going to be hype because people know those bands, know what they've done in the
past, and can get along with many many others who think the same and conjure up some image of what the
album is "supposed" to be. Few people really listened to and cared about Obliteration that much before
(this is actually their most-rated album here), so there really is no hype to create here.

Anyway I thought I read lots of comments back when SS came out calling it mediocre. Or maybe that was just my bias. Anyway I for one have learned to appreciate it. Most albums this year, especially in death metal, have been growers for me.
