In general. It all looks fine on the review page, but when you click across to the soundoffs the
coding can't support any change in basic language

I didn't even know users had the power to do that

99% of the database can't make changes without approval from us, but there are some who can. I
wouldn't care too much except this is the 100th time I've done this, and the dumbass (or asses) keep
changing it back

I never changed it to the symbol, maybe once but not this constant switcheroo that goes on now.

Is there like a page or something on the forums or somewhere where all this stuff is laid out? Like what's a bannable offense or not, how to apply for contributor/staff and how that works etc. cause I seem to break a lot of rules accidentally and get my ratings wiped and don't even understand why. It's like walking on eggshells with this shit

When we open up applications for contributor positions and/or promotion to staff, we open up a
special thread for it, there isn't a constant forum for that. However, in saying that you can always
use the meds thread to inform us that you are interested. Conversely, the moderator shoutboxes are
always open as well.

As for a list of bannable offences, in all honesty if you use common sense you'll be fine. Rating
wipes happen when someone reports an instance of troll ratings (rating Bieber's whole discog at a 1
for example); again, that's just a user reporting it though, it's the mod who sees it who will
choose to do anything about it. Also, if you're one of those dipshits who think it's hilarious to
rate the new [insert any generally despised band's unreleased new album) ahead of time, then it can
happen. Though 9 times out of 10 the album will just be deleted

Even the sound sample tracks make for better songs than some music heard today.

Must-have album for all Tool/metal/progressive rock music fan.
