i'm actually quite enjoying the record. it's just very pretty and subdued. nothing amazing but a bit more than pleasant

It's a bit all over the place, and some of the songs just sound kind've annoying. Obsidian is my favourite for some personal reasons but idk Romaplasm just doesn't even come up to the standards of either this or Cerulean, which both had consistent tones and styles. My confusion with Romaplasm can be summed up by how jarring and messy the transition from Human Bog to Adam Copies is.
