Reminds me of Demilich in nearly every way, though it isn't as bizarre.

What a terrible review...
'specifically the early 90's, was pretty amazing.' This came out in 1996 you moron. June 1996 would be mid 90s.
This album is far from amazing, especially when compared to other albums from the Finnish scene. This is not even close to being in the top 25 death metal albums but nice try.
'Top notch vocals.' Haha, what an idiot. The whispered vocals on this album are laughably pathetic. The worst thing about this album is the vocal performance if you can call it that.
'Oh and speaking of riffs, there's plenty of them.' Yep, plenty of generic dm riffs, you got one thing right. There are maybe 4 memorable riffs between the 8 songs. I mean, did you even listen to this album?
I wouldn't trust any metal review by a kid who has multiple Cradle of Filth albums rated at 5.

I love how the vocals switch from one speaker to the other in one verse. Gives the feeling of beeing haunted
