What makes an album good is whether you like it or not and for what reasons you like it.
Not "I like this album because 'group A' likes it or 'Group B' likes it."

Agreed, you should like a song because you like it, regardless of how much the mainstream rapes it to a pulp.

Exactly, only downfall of radio and television is that they play songs far too often that they become stale. =/
Hence why I don't listen to either, I listen to an album and if I liked it; I'll buy it. Works great every time.

But yeah, I'd say fun.'ll receive a lot of hate for being popular.

A lot of the new fans bother me, but I'd never stop listening to the band because of it.

They'll only bother me if they don't continue supporting the band. As in, I hope they don't just listen to 'We Are Young' online and leave it at that. Hoping they'll go out and buy Aim & Ignite, Some Nights and attend their shows.

^^ I agree, it's definitely my favorite track on the album. Honestly though, besides "Some Nights", "All Alone" and "Stars" the rest of the songs are either entirely average to just have some fairly weak moments
