Seiko Oomori's voice is one of the most unbearable things in music, blegh. Nice to see you get on the Shiina train Fripp, when you've gone through more Shiina you need to check Tokyo Jihen's Dynamite Out. Unquestionably in her top 3 work ever.

Dynamite Out is definitely a classic. If you can find a torrent of it, her bluray box set with most of her live shows is worth having.
Yeah, Oomori can't sing. I don't know why she refuses after all this time to not get some damn singing lessons. Worst part is, since Oomori, there's been a bunch of new female artists emulating her who also can't sing for shit.
Utada's most recent album is amazing.
