I want to say I thought they were gonna be done after Hats but they really surprised me with their last 3 albums and I think I have been a bigger fan of them now than I ever have

I hadn't listened to Chevelle in 2 or 3 years but decided to revisit this out of nowhere and damn it's kinda better than I remember. This has some nasty riffs and melodies.

^Agreed. I just listened to this during workout and had to bump to a 5. It's incredible how these riffs and melodies still hold up to this day. "Family System", "An Evening With El Diablo", t/t, "Grab Thy Hand", "Comfortable Liar", the singles... pretty much all songs rule here except the closer but the b-sides more than make up for it.
