yeah, but it's also kinda damning to a site that lives on the rep that they know what the fucks up and
that makes them better than you...a 9.5 seems desperate even; like damage control. This is by no means
better than For Emma, and they know it.

nah, i'm definitely liking this better than For Emma. i admittedly jumped onto the Bon Iver bandwagon a little late, but yeah. i just like the style and production of this better, and i don't feel that the cryptic lyrics hurt the album in any way whatsoever.
i mean, for emma is a 5 as well, just sayin'...
