I agree that he's not the typical vocalist you'd expect to hear them hire; but that's what would've made him awesome.

The rest of Concealing Fate after part 3 is seriously boring for a TesseracT song. April and Eden are kickass though.
|

April's really the only one I come back to

the original version of April before it was put onto this LP is much better

Dan was much better than all of those fucking pretenders after him. As for this album, I still love rolling Concealing Fate. the other songs not so much, not that I don't think they're good

Lament and Eden are grrrrrrrrrrreat

Yep, Eden is the shit. As for Lament, I totally forgot what it sounds like. I may put it on when I break the streak of listening to Threnody by Woe of Tyrants continuously.

Eden and April. Other than that, boring album.
|

Concealing Fate is the shizzzzz!!!!
Eden owns hard and the rest is excellent.
Only bad part is is the fact that the concealing fate takes up half the album. So if you don't like that then you're not really gonna like the album.
Will see what their new album brings to the table without Tompkins on board.

I read through all the comments and shook my head every time a Periphery comparison was made.

Album Rating: 3.0
Yeah definitely not, but I definitely like this album more than anything Periphery has ever made for sure.

Yeah Sputnik really hates djent. For the most part I can see why, but a few of the bands rally aren't that terrible.
