I was listening to Rollins and Marc Maron talk about iggy on the wtfcast and I forget the exact phrasing but they basically said how he isn't really human he's like a chair. There's no thought, no self-awareness just pure unadulterated being.

i trust you man! yeah i've heard the obvious unavoidable songs but sorta skipped over the albums for the most part. the mid 70s rock opera stuff really isn't my bag, too overblown and annoying. will def check out who's next though

haha the who have way more energy than most old ass rock bands and yea obv live at leeds is the pinnacle of that but most of their best songs came on the 2 records that came after
