I reckon Trivium are way better than HIM! what makes you think they arent?

I heard a new song by Trivium today called 'Detonation'. Wasn't bad, best part was Matt's vocals. He is no longer going to scream on the next album, saying it was hurting his vocal chords and he just doesn't want to. Which means I'll probably enjoy their next record. Killer.

I took a vague listen at it, but couldn't make it out too well due to sound quality. Heard it's pretty killer though.

I believe it was at that accursed myspace. Under like
'Metallica' something or other. Yep.

Eh it was ok at best. It didn't really inspire me to buy their album you know what I mean.

- Terrible vocals throughout

- Way too repetitive

I listened to their new song again. I guess it takes time to get used to cause i like it better this time than the first. Cant wait for the cd.

i agree with some of the points in the review....but give them some time and i think they'll find themselves and produce some awesome material.

I guess I enjoyed the new song, but I'd rather have a studio version to listen to.



That said, I can't wait for the next album. I'm looking forward to see what they can do without the screaming.

Very good review, even though I disagree with a lot of it, you supported it nicely and wrote a good review.

They are a metalcore band except with a hell of a lot more talent... at least to me they are.
