Musically, this album is fantastic but on principle I have to dismiss it. My personal ideal on the matter of image exists despite that of many of my peers, but I have to stick to my guns here. This gets a 1 becuase of it's nazi lyrics,and, had it not been focused on in the subject matter this would easily be a 4. The minute an artists begins promoting an organization like the nazis, who have organized many crimes against humanity, they cross the line many believe does not exist, but must be drawn regardless. By giving this a high rating, whether one agrees with them or not, they essentially support their cause as the music itself involves the views. Artists like Burzum may be bigoted psychopaths, but they neglect to touch on these ideals in their music so their brilliance as musicians can be recognized. I am a believer in human tolerance first, and a fan of black metal second, so I can't give this album any credit despite it's quality. Please note that I do not wish to impose this way of thinking on any of you; this just my personal stance on the matter and I felt the urge to share. 1/5
