I didn't really get many Venenum vibes from this, it feels quite in-the-box for proggy-DM in fact. Venenum was a little more adventurous, although that might be because I'd never heard psych leanings in the genre before. I guess both have decent amounts of melody sprinkled in.

Maybe that’s why I was hoping this would be more ‘adventurous’ as it isn’t particularly proggy... it’s 66 mins long and the band has a prog tag. False expectations perhaps.
