There's def Misery Signals influence, but no dude, this doesn't really sound like Of Malice or even a Mis Sigs rip off.
The guitar style is so different, Misery Signals is based way more on tweedly hammer on/pull off post-hardcore riffs, while this is more rooted in melodic hardcore along the lines of Endzweck and Crossbearer.
