Park's not wrong though. When it comes to "classic prog" I imagine at least 90% of people are talking about 70s bands, not 80s neoprog bands

Not only that, but a lot of neo-prog bands were influenced by late 70s/early 80s post-punk, as well as having a more emotional slant on the genre
