they’re in the same key shane’s not singing any higher or lower

smile and heroine don’t benefit nearly as much as dagger and karma being real but smile and heroine are also probably my two least favs here anyway (and karma and dagger probably my top 2 lol)

I swear the guitar part sounds lower/different in the intro when I listen to them back to back. Maybe they changed the riff up a bit. But yeah, his vocals seem like they are in the same key.

"the debut is def the most improved concerning production but the discovering the waterfront versions are huge steps up too"

Well this is my favorite album of all time and I think it's perfect, but yeah the re-recordings of the tracks from this still sound great.

Your Djent Vs. My Dagger

Djent in Your Sleep

They just have a different guitar tone form the original recordings is all.

Can we talk about how good the re-recording of Giving Up is?

I think the re recordings of the Shipwreck songs weren't as good as the originals, the production sounded better on the album.

Wow Redux is pretty fucking sick

Shane's new scream is basically Buddy's on Still Searching and it sounds incredible.

They're playing this album in full over here in the UK in February. Pretty excited since this was one of my favourite albums at 18, although I do question why they're charging an extra £30 for a meet and greet package.

I agree, I’m more miffed about them adding the meet and greet package which is an extra £30 on top of the £22 I paid for my ticket excluding booking fees. If they weren’t playing DTW in full, I wouldn’t have gone at all out of principle.

They were pretty good when I saw them at Slam Dunk on Sunday though, I hadn’t listened to them in a while beforehand yet still remembered all the lyrics (asides from the songs on Dead Reflection they played as I only listened to that one once or twice).
