I do love this but it’s hard to imagine how you could give a “perfect” 10.0 to an album with an 11 minute filler track that kind of completely disrupts its flow right at the end. Not that “Spec Bebop” really diminishes my enjoyment of the album as a whole it’s just kind of an objective misstep imo.

Seeing Yo La Tengo live kinda confirmed that for me. They did 2 sets, the first of which was focussed around their more 'Spec Bebop'-esque zoned out tracks and it was one of the greatest things I'd ever seen.
